Currently, there are several types of materials on the market of stretch ceilings, from which they are made, more than a dozen color solutions and surfaces, and two types of fasteners.

First of all, it is worth mentioning the materials from which stretch ceilings are made.

They are divided into two types.

The first type is ceilings, which are made of polyvinyl chloride film. It is an absolutely environmentally friendly material that has been used in construction and repair for quite a long time. Ceilings made of this material have many advantages, but they also have a significant disadvantage. If the canvas exceeds the size of two meters, then an inconspicuous seam can be seen at the joints. Such ceilings have matt, glossy, metallic and pearlescent surfaces.

The second type is stretch ceilings on fabric. They are made of shrink wrap, which is very similar to strong fabric. The advantage is that large spaces can also be covered with a single cloth, which eliminates the appearance of a seam. The disadvantages of such ceilings are a poor choice of colors. But at the same time, photo printing is possible on such a material, which has recently become quite common in elite houses and apartments. However, they cost twice as much as the first type.

The properties of stretch ceilings are conveyed by their surface.

As mentioned above, there are several surface options for this material.

Glossy ceilings are the most popular today. They have about a hundred shades. They tend to have a bright and slightly shiny surface. And the darker the color, the more the mirror effect is felt.

Frosted ceilings - they look like a drywall ceiling, but they have a limited number of color solutions. Ideal for lovers of traditional renovation. By the way, the cheapest of all types of suspended ceilings may be cheaper than a plasterboard ceiling.

Metallic ones are somewhat similar to glossy ones, but they have a unique metallic luster, and together with the correct lighting arrangement they look simply amazing.

Mother-of-pearl is the most magnificent of all types of stretch ceilings. It has only one color, but due to the constant overflowing of colors, it can easily replace several ceilings at the same time.

In addition, photo printing on suspended ceilings is common, and the starry sky looks especially impressive. La dimension sociale est intégrée avec des fonctionnalités de partage de pronostics.
